CHALLENGE

​

• PatternEx harmonizes the strengths of humans with the strengths of machines to assess behaviors and accurately predict when a theft is about to happen. It's a complicated and an intelligent product.

• The challenge was to communicate to customers what made it the intelligent security product that combines human insight with neural networks to get precise predictions of user intent.

APPROACH

​

I begin the process with asking few guideline questions that helped me to define the product in an organized method. My questions were Why, What, Who and How? I reached out for a solution for every need.

• Why, was this product designed gives clarity and meaning and provides objective to the problem.

• What, customer problem was solved, what makes the product so valuable. 

• Who, can be applied on both the sides. Who designed the product and who is the target user. The 'Who' serves very specific purpose, it gives an insight on who made the product and what makes them different. 

• How, will the product be different from its competitors explains the intent. Even if the difference is very subtle it shows the uniqueness of the product.
