I worked for monetization services and experiences for Quickbooks online. As a senior designer, I designed complex user interfaces and interactions for Finance and Marketing ops enterprise system.

Led and managed the end to end product life cycle from gathering requirements to deployment. Activities involved conception, wireframe, prototyping, stakeholder interviews, user research, technology integration & customer support experience enhancements.   • Communicate research outcome with client and the internal team throughout all phases of the

  • application and the website. I was responsible for content creation and management for Qnopy website

  • Collaborate with engineers to define the product. My intent was to simplify the user flow by

  • presenting several options for navigation. Most of our success was achieved through user testing.

A business solutions design & tech consulting company Worked on several diverse projects and form factors including mobile & web ranging from the official app for Yosemite National Park, a Loyalty Rewards Aggregation Platform, Medical Devices Company Website to UI design for state-of-the-art Bio Tech products for Berkeley Lights.

  • Successfully redesigned the ANDME medical device website & application. There was significant upward trend in web traffic after redesign.

  • Yosemite introduced their mobile app. which provides up to date listings of park services and programs along with various sites information

  • Created customer journey mapping to understand use cases better.
